so i saw this ♮♭ on one of my music sheets today, and does anyone have any idea what that means? ( they are both applyed on the same note , ex. A ♮♭B C ♭D

btw, i'm asking this the 2nd time because i got miss understood the 1st time, i mean both symbols are on the same note.

iam a 32 yr old married for 8 yrs. prior to my wedding had a boyfriend, due to circumstances we were seperated by our families. After 15 yrs, we have met and our past realtionship has made our hearts come close to each other again. Both of us are happy with our respective married lives and both of us have children. We want to continue our realtionship of love without any thoughts of marriage or sex.both of us want to be faithful to our married partners. someone pls advice if there is anything wrong in this? how do i go with this realtionship since there can be no fruit for this r/ship. but both of us really love each other that we cannot end our relation. pls help me

How come when,u try to vouch for the poor, people call u a communist or a socialist?I was on mIRC and we were talking about bill gates.I said Bill gates gives money to charities,kk?Well then i said how apple as far as i know doesn't give money to charities as much as Bill gates.So,then eventually this guy says how companies aren't supposed to give to charities.Well,why not i said?He said becuase it doesn't help them and that it doesn't give them money.So,then i said how companies's greed are bad for the world.Then,he said how companies greed is GOOD for the world.Well,then i said if the homeless people being replaced by chinese slave labor was good,he said if it was good for the company then it was good.IS this guy a maniac or what?i just wanna get some reassurance here?

My doctor told me the side effects are mostly local but I've read the drug handbook and it says the effects are adrenal suppression and bone demineralization which are after all systemic effects. Can someone please enlighten me on this?

I've been searching for alternative drugs online and i found CROMOLYN SODIUM. It says it's not as effective as steroids but I wanna give it a try. Is it really inferior to steroids?
