I think you have given a very valid argument for why that should not happen. Hillary voted for the Patriot Act. Why? All she has done lately is campaign against the war and push her social agenda. Scary.
This chameleon should not be elected to run our nation. There is too much personal pride in it for her.

I have no problem with who ever is President having these tools available to protect this country.
I would hate to see Billary become President because I don't think she would be good for the country. If and I hope it never never happens, she became President, I am not at all concerned she would abuse the power

Nope, cause Hil and Bill were stealing FBI files of their enemies, the thing you're so scared of, you know, invasion of privacy, long before Bush ever set foot into office.
The Patriot Act might make her snooping easier, but even if it wasn't there, it wouldn't stop the Clintonos.
