It only takes 5 minutes to flat iron. Of course I wouldn't tell any girl that I have done this, lest she fear I'm effeminate. But, I want to look decent for this beautiful girl at school. My hair is a mess. How should I do it? Shaggy or flat ironed... I like to keep it a little long. What do you think a girl would perfer, a bird's nest, or sleekness?

Keep it shaggy. It looks better and more natural. A girl wants a man to look more naturally sexy than made up sexy. Your hair does not look like a mess in any of the pictures. In the pictures with it flat ironed you can tell that you have done something to your hair.

I believe it is hard to flat iron your hair and pull it off. Whenever I do it, it just looks to fake and it is not me. My hair is naturally curly and I love it (every now and then, ha ha). Unruly hair is in!!! It is just that there is a certain way to put it. Yes girls do think it is weird, but hey hair is hair. Go for something preppy, short, but wild. She love your hair, don't freak. Chill

if she doesnt like you the way you are then dont. thats probably not what your looking for. so i like the flat ironed look but if its frizzy by the end of the day then whats the point?

You look old, not to be rude. And, my brother flat irons his hair daily, so there's nothing wrong with it, but if you have to change yourself to impress a girl, it's not worth it

please do not flat iron your hair, if she is gonna like you its not gonna be because you both use the same styling tools, let it be shaggy, girls like that "I dont give a ****" look guys have.
