No. The anti-christ only comes on the scene after the rapture of the church. Only then does Christ open the first seal and release the first rider on the first horse.
This "beast", as described in Revelation, is not born. He comes up out of the abyss. He is a resurrected person who is indwelt by Satan at the midpoint of the 7 year tribulation.
Anytime God describes this beast, He also describes his ultimate destruction. We have an awesome God!

The Bible clearly teaches that there has been already many antichrists and there are antichrists now and there will be some in the future.
Every occurance of antichrist in the Bible:
1 John 2:18 Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour.
1 John 2:22 Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a man is the antichrist—he denies the Father and the Son.
1 John 4:3 but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.
2 John 7 Many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist.

There are many Anti-Christs walking among us now. The Anti-Christ is not necessarily a single person (Read John's letters in the Bible).
However, what you are looking for is a great final false prophet who is yet to come. Is he here yet?
Probably, yes. It will most likely be whichever pope is in power when the time comes. it is interesting that one of the canidates that was up for the papacy last time around was of Jewish ancestry.
While you are looking for this person who is against God, make sure you keep an eye out for the final 2 witnesses God is going to send to warn the world of the destruction He is going to rain down on it. I would be more interested in making sure I knew who those persons are.

no, i think that you're being ridiculous. chances are, even of the Anti-Christ was here, he probably wouldn't be as most would imagine- a widely hated facist dictator - but as someone that our society would look up to. because really, making everyone hate you by commiting genocide etc. really isn't all that effective, as history has proven. Instead, they would probably seek popularity so that our stupid superficial selves will just hand them the power.

Probably.
By definition he is working very hard to destroy Christianity and faith in God and Jesus Christ.
Read you news paper.
He is likely influencing everything from Terrorists to the ACLU.
Move-on-dot-org is a likely front group filled with his disciples.
Anything that used deception and specious arguments to promote the spread of disease, death, dishonesty, pornography, drugs, tyranny or destruction (just to name a few) is probably being influenced by the efforts of the anti-Christ.
Who and where?
Well, I can't answer that but I can recognize the results of his influence. He works apparent "miracles" (likely in the name of Science) and disavows the existence of GOD!
