if i stored data in D (hard disk), is these data will lose if i reformat my computer?

Yes, it will be erased so backup anything you need.

When you format a drive, only the drive you formatted will have its data erase. So if you have data in D: and format C to re-install Windows, the data in D: will still be intact unless you deleted it (the partition).

To format C: is to erase everything on the disk.
You would be wise to invest in some external storage devices like an external HD or flashdrives. Backup anything important to you on them.

Absolutely. It will be gone. backup everything on a CD or floppy before you reformat.
