I am no techy so go easy on me.To avoid the problem of having the windscreen scratched as you run the wipers, is it not possible to have a mechanism where high pressure air is blown (maybe even from the water nozzles or nozzles located at the same angle) to displace the dust?just a thought.

I recall this news article before, and though it was funny. But wouldn't you do a nose job, if you can afford it, when your nose is flat like Allan K's?

When moses brought us the ten commandments we all know they were on stone tablets engraved for us all to see. We know that no typewriter has ever been found capable of printing stone tablets so the typewriter used must have been from god...

The thing to translate is "I love you". I'm doing a piece of art and I really want to use "I love you" in many languages as the background.

I had a male cat, who was not social at all with other animals. I recently adopted a female kitten. At first he hated her, bust she loved him. Soon he loved her too, and they are now spending time licking each other,he smells her butt and then he licks her ears, he hugs her, they sleep together, she licks him and always lies next to him, etc. The male is neutered, the female isn't yet. Will this behaviour stop when she is spayed? I have another kitten now at the house, she is spayed, and she wants nothing to do with the male cat, and he hates her too.

There is this one guy I like but he's married (I know... I know) but just curious... When I first met him... I saw him wearing his wedding ring but not everyday.... Then when we I moved to his unit, I never saw him having it on at all... It's also strange cause he doesn't have any pictures of his wife in his office...or anything that can relate to his wife... He is a manager.... he doesn't have to carve woods or do carpentry so no reasons not to wear his ring? I was just wondering... if you were a married guy I should just think that married guys would happily demonstrate their comittment right? Anyway, just a question.... just wanted some opinions... thanks!~

i understand that they want you to have an empty belly, but does it really take FOUR hours for the water to leave your stomach? Especially for a 2yr old?

How long does it take to digest water?

What about breastmilk? I understand breastmilk only takes 20 minutes to digest. Shouldn't that be okay then?

Do they just say 4hrs to be safe as a liability issue since I have seen some sites that say 2hrs is okay?

I don't mean the little RFID chips that everything is getting implanted with. I mean real implants. Small bluetooth speakers in the back of your ears? A MP3 player in the hip? Is any of it posible? Would any one do it if it was?

Let's say you are sitting on a bus stop bench, reading
The Bible. A tall, slim man in a long white robe and
sandals, with long hair and a beard walks up to you
and, seeing what you're reading, says to you: "I see
that you are at peace, my dear friend. You know my
name. And, lo... I am at peace, too, knowing that.
"You have a good heart. God bless you..."
(And, just before this man walks away, he correctly
speaks your name.)
What would your immediate reaction be?

I posted this question in the US section, yesterday eve.
I pointed out that I'm not trying to mock Christianity. I'm
just interested in knowing:
1) If you are sure that the second-coming of Jesus is an
eventuality, what would it take to convince you that of that
happening?
2) How would you perceive any sort of mysteriously un-
explainable event?

Thanks, in advance, for all of your answers!

Peace.

The case against the parents of Madeleine McCann appeared to be crumbling after the couple were told there were no plans to reinterview them.
A prosecutor parachuted in by Portugal's attorney general to oversee the case also revealed on Wednesday night that Gerry and Kate McCann may not be the only line of inquiry.
The statement from Luis Bilro Verao, a prosecutor recently brought in from Portugal's Evora area to handle the case, said that no new evidence had emerged in the fortnight since they were declared "arguidos", or official suspects, to justify calling them for new interviews at present.
The announcement came amid speculation that Portuguese detectives had been poised to travel to the UK with a list of fresh questions for the couple to answer over the disappearance of their daughter from their rented apartment in Praia Da Luz on May 3.
While they remain arguidos, they have now been informed that other lines of inquiry are not to be ruled out by detectives.

The lowest common multiple of 6, 15 and x is 150. Write down the least value of x.

The working solutions:

1) First do the LCM working...Thus the LCM is 2,3,5 and 1.

Then 6 = 2 * 3
15 = 5*3

Least value of x = 5^2 =25

I don't understand about the last part...Why they have to use 5^2 to get 25? In the LCM working, there is only 1 five...So, how and why they mulitply the 5 twice to get 25? I don't understand....Please help..You could also explain the question in your own method
