Why would you want to get rid of lizards? They catch and eat bugs, which is environmentally friendly pest control. They don't usually chase people or bite, and are quite cute little dragons... watch them sometimes....

The best way to get rid of lizards is to get rid of all their food.
Make sure there are no insects in the house and the lizards will not come in.

I hate to tell you, but I doubt you can...You could even kill them (Which I definately *don't* reccomend!) but many more will just move into the house in their place. I even relocated HUGE one several streets away, when my Mum found it in our kitchen sink. The damn thing came back (homing gecko! LOL!) You are never going to be ready to get rid of these little guys...Sorry!
Think of them as little pest control agents; they are great for getting rid of spiders, mosquitos and flies and contribute toward keeping insect-bourne diseases in check...
Hate to disappoint you, but I hope this helps!

Steve said it perfectly, get rid of the bugs. They are most likely geckos, which come indorrs chasing bugs. They are harmless and good to have around. In many countries in Southeast Asia, it is a blessing to have geckos in your home. People actually go and catch them and release them in their homes to eat disease carrying insects. Malaria kills alot of people in Asia. I've found them in my home in the past, and I let them be. They don't bother me, and they take care of any insects in my home.
