On 9/8/2007 I purchased a motorcycle from a person in Des Moines IA, I purchased this via a loan thru Navy Fed. Credit Union. They gave me a check which I was to endorse on the back, of which I didn't realise, The seller took the check and cashed it later at US Bank, and noone at that bank noticed the discrepency. Friday (9/14/2007) I called Navy Fed. and they stated that the payment was made to his account but it probably hasn't cleared his bank yet. Us bank also told the seller that the funds cleared. Apparently later that day Navy Fed. either took the funds back or never truely credited the money. Today (9/18/2007) the seller calls up telling me that the check didn't clear and that he bounce a bunch of checks because of it (around 250 in overdraft fees), and he want's me to pay for these overdraft fees. I also contacted Navy Fed. today and they stated that they never paid the check.

ok..so me and him broke up about a week ago. and we dated for 7 months..i still really like him..but i dont think he cares anymore. he doesnt talk to me anymore and he did say he wanted to be friends. i mean like i dont know what to do. i really do want to be his friend and it would help if he actually cared. i mean like he wont even look at me anymore and my friends tell me that it probably hurts to look at me...and they keep telling me that i need to move on. but i dont want to..i just cant..not yet. its just to soon. but i need help on what to do and how to tell if he honestly wants to be friends still.. i just dont know.

My bf and I picked Caden for a girl or a boy. (We're hoping for a boy). Middle name for boy would be James and middle name for girl would be Gabrielle.

Since we are going with the same name for either sex, how could we spell it differently for either sex. And my bf doesn't want it to start with the letter K. Thanks!

now we know its not a choice one makes. (if you think otherwise, please explain to me when and how you made the choice to be heterosexual)

and u cant change who you are or how you were made. so when god punishes homosexuals, isnt he really punishing them because he made them that way? isnt that a bit unfair?

My gf's ex was currently in the hospital for a non-critical surgery. My gf was chosen to take care of her (ofcourse) She spent almost 2 complete days there as well as running her errands. note: her ex has people who work for her that could drop her mail off at home. Also, some flowers appeared in the house yesterday and nothing was said about them ( I didnt even want to ask), and my gf checks her blackberry in the middle of night as of the last week. Yesterday, I said I felt like something was wrong, and she said I needed to be "secure" for the next week. Not, dont worry or anything like that, but to check myself instead.
Should this be making me angry and insecure, because it is definitely not setting well with me and is giving me tremendous anxiety because I am very sad that she seems to have no care for how I feel, it seems so insensitive; or she just doesnt care because she just wants to please her ex, who is much older. How does someone deal with this? It does not seem healthy.

The SAT scores of 1.4 million students are roughly normal with a mean of 1026 and standard deviation of 209.

I found the proportion of all students who took the SAT that had scores of at least 700 in the first problem and the answer came out to be 94%.

The next question is what is the 60% percentile of the SAT score?

I need to be able to show work without using a calculator..answers are much appreciated!!!

I have a good friend that tends to pin one friend against the other. She creates a web of lies and deceit while doing it. I don't even know if she's aware of what she's doing, because she completely denies peoples' accusations. To top it off, she accuses other people of lying all the time. I have caught her in many lies myself! And, she has broken up a lot of friendships. It's not until those two people confront one another that the truth is revealed.

We are grown women! How do I deal with this person? Should I warn her? Thanks guys...
