From what i hear they can put 12 tons or 24,000 lbs onto geostationary orbit for a paltry 90 millions dollars, that sounds like a good deal to me but i need a second opinion.

They might be in the near future. They'll need to get a vehicle up into orbit first, and many will want to see them develop somewhat of a track record before trusting them for launches.

I think they are. But they have only had 2 test launches so far, and neither one made it to orbit. However I am confident the next launch will be 100% successfull. And NASA has given them seed money as part of the COTS (Commercial Orbital Transportation Services ) program, so they have faith in them too.

Even better is that they are advertising 1,760 pounds to low Earth orbit for only $7 million. That is seven million, not seventy.

I agree with first answer, but I wouldn't have them send up my $700 million payload just yet.
