Any suggestions on how to break the news to my boss that i am pregnant? I love my job and have every intention of getting right back to work after the baby's born. I just can't seem to formulate the right words in my head, so as not to throw him into a panic. I'm afraid he will freak out because I'm an office manager for a very fast paced high-end metal fabrication shop and no one else here knows how to do my work.

I think there is something wrong with my younger brother (He's 11). Whenever something small is wrong(like he doesn't get the remote when I'm watching TV), he will go into a psychopath like tantrum. During the tantrum, he will scream and yell and sometimes even hit people. This includes my grandma and parents. This happens almost every day. Also, pretty much can't hit him back. Because if i do, he will try to "kill" me. That means when he hits me, he'll aim for the neck and stomach. How do i get this stop for good? Also, he will not eat anything except frozen baked chicken breast dinners and lunchables. His eating habits are really unhealthy. How do i get this to stop?

She told me last night that sometimes she feels like I don't love her. This is not the first time she has said it but she doesnt say it often, this might be the 3rd time. When i ask her what I do that makes her feel this way she can't explain it, says she does not know, it's just how she feels sometimes. Im a single mom who works full time. I am usually home w/ her by 6pm. We spend a LOT of time together. She helps me cook dinner, we have "game night" on Fri nights & play lots of her board games & v-smile system, we go to the park, drive-in, swimming, zoo, etc & stuff like that on weekends & church on Sunday together. We are both very affectionate, there are always lots of hugs and I love you's going back & forth between us. We have a big family & are all very close and hang out together a lot too. When she told me that it was duing a "I got in trouble in school" story which i did not punish her for since the school took care of it (nothing major). What can I do different/better?

my left arm is fully sleved (its covered) my right shoulder to elbow is fully sleved also.

the problem is - the bottom of my right arm is the odd bit because when i was young and stupid i got my first tattoo there (a lousy black tribal armband ) which is now really out of place with my other tats which are all newschool coloured . now i am wanting to tattoo over the tribal armband with my ideas for the rest of my newschool sleve

i was wondering is this possible because the tribal is a really dark black (obviously because it is tribal black ) and will it obscure the colour of the new tat thats going to be over the top of it ?

please only answer this question if you know what you are talking about thanks.

I bought this car almost 3 months ago, I put 2000 miles on it and now they are telling me i i have to bring it back and that i could be charged for the mileage i put on it. Monroe County used $2.5 million in COMIDA funds to lure AirTran to Rochester

News 10NBC just received an audit report by the state comptroller office involving Monroe County and AirTran Airways. The report says Monroe County used $2.5 million in COMIDA funds to lure AirTran to Rochester. The money was supposed to be used for local capital improvement projects. We have a call into Monroe County executive Maggie Brooks, but have not heard back from her office yet.

We have a crew on this story and we'll have more here on our website and also tonight at 5 and 6.

I had a checking account that I closed because I could not get my old insurance company to stop taking my payment out of it. I opened a new account with the same bank and ordered checks identical to the ones I had - I shredded the old checks except I forgot to shred one box of them. I had to write a check to someone and had to get a new book - I was in a hurry and picked up a book of checks from the OLD account. Therefore I wrote a bad check. When the guy got it back from his bank he came to my house and my dad was outside. I live beside my parents. He told my dad what happened and they came over to my house and I walked outside only to be bombarded by yelling cussing and screaming. I never even got a chance to say boo. The man wanted his money NOW. He threatened me with things that are illegal and my dad laughed about it. The next morning as soon as the bank opened I got the money out and made good on the check. My parents will not acknowledge me now in any way. What do I do?
