The only way I travel in an average week is on my feet and since I'm a carer, I must walk around sixty miles a week ... and that's a conservative estimate.

Right now, 60 kilos a day or so, which works out to 300 kilos or . . . 200 miles, about?
I have to use my own car. The nearest public transport is 15 minutes away by car, and unreliable. I'm saving up for a solar car. Although, I think some people would bike it. Maybe I'll be in shape by next summer (-:. And ready to leave the house at 5 a.m. so I can make it! No, my husband would never go for that -- I'd have to wait until the kids grow up.
Imagine, the biking granny!

Not many at the moment probably about 150 at the moment, but when I was at work I was doing over 60 a day. It is in my own car.
