If your family doesn't know, or you don't feel you can tell, them, you should tell a trusted adult (aunt, teacher) who can help you make the right decisions. Also, if you haven't told the father, he has a right and responsibility to know, if you decide to carry the baby to term.
You should also be getting appropriate prenatal care, even if you decide not to keep the baby (terminate the pregnancy or adoption)

Dont worry hunny everything is fine. Im 16 and 14 weeks pregnnat. Im so happy and i didnt try to get pregnant. Early in pregnancy you worry alot. As you get farther along you will get excited though. Tell your parents believe they will be a little disappointed at first but the will accept it because the love you. They cant make you get an abortion or give it up for adopition because that is the mothers(your) choice. Things will be hard but you will have the support of your family. Message me anytime you wanna talk or just need a friend thats your age and pregnant. I can help you alot on what your going through. Also try out this website it will make you smile alot.

Have you told your parents? If not you need to tell them so you have the support from them.. Second you need to get into a Dr. to be seen so he can check you out and do an exam and get you started on prenatal vitamins. It's too late to have an abortion so don't even think about that, it is wrong... Have you thought about adoption for you baby? There are so many couples and families out there in this world looking to adopt and it would make their dreams come true to add to their family.. If you would like to know anymore on adoption I could answer some questions for you if you want so email me... I don't look down on you because I was a teenager once and I was having sex but I didn't end up pregnant but I could have to I'm not here to judge you...
