I've always been sort of intrigued and mystified by this stuff. Is it real? Is it against my religion? I'm a very curious person, but I don't wanna get involved in it if I will go to hell for it. I have information on my credit report that is reflecting negatively on my credit score, due to late payments. I know that negative information like this remains on my credit report from 3 -7 years. However, when is it removed? I have read that it is removed based on the date of the first delinquency (in this case April, 2001), and then then I have read that it is removed based on the last date information was reported on the account/date of account closure (Jan, 2003). The account I am referring to is paid in full, with a zero balance. Based on this information - would the information be removed based on the April date or the January date? Is it exactly 7 years? - for example, if we use the January date, it would be removed in January of 2010. Can anyone clarify this for me?

Okay, I am thirteen years old and my periods normally last like around 8 days and normally have a pretty regular flow...last time i got my period it was like the 28th of July through the 3rd of august...would that count as a period for two months...and if its not...how come i haven't had a period in two months?


p.s. i am a virgin so i am not pregnant and i haven't had a period this month either

for me to report my dad, last night he went into a really scary angry fit. he started saying he disowned me and that i needed to respect him then he threw something very hard at my head (i believe it was an 8 oz soda bottle) and it's left a not too large but extremely painful bump on my head. should i show it to someone? i tried to call 1800-4-a-child last night but my parents disconnected the phone to stop me from doing it. my guidance couselor knows somewhat that my dad hits me, but i'm too scared to tell her anything further. is there anyway, i could anoynymously report this or tell my teacher or something. i'm only 12 so i dont know if they'll believe me.
he was angry because i was talking with a fake accent and he said it would stick.

Today we had the pest control guy come to spray our house for termites due to an infestation in the neighbourhood of late. We were advised that the spray used would cause no toxic affects to humans or animals.

We now have this strong chemical smell throughout the house, similar to the smell of formaldehyde, which is concerning me as my eyes feel like they are burning and I have a shocking headache.

Does anybody know if there are side affects from the spray ?

It is well known that a person born in the United States is an automatic citizen regardless of the mother's citizenship status. However, the United States is unusual in its offer of citizenship to anyone born on U.S. soil. Only a few European countries still grant automatic citizenship at birth. The United Kingdom and Australia repealed their U.S. style policy in the 1980s after witnessing abuses similar to those plaguing the U.S. today. Why does the United States continue to allow a practice subject to widespread fraud? The answer lies in how American jurisprudence has interpreted the 14th Amendment to the Constitution. The 14th Amendment was added to the Constitution as part of the post Civil War reforms aimed at addressing injustices to African Americans. It states that "all persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States.
