Hello everyone.

Im a 25 y/o Asian male. Im currently taking Paxil for anxiety, mainly because I had a hard time falling asleep at night. I have 2 refills left, and after I finish them, I am going to have my doctor take me off. Ive done research on this, and ive read you have to be off for a year, before you can even start the enlistment process. I also read at another website that it stated you have to be off for at least 6 months!!! Is this true?|I hope it truley is. I am currently a senior in college and will graduate in June of 08, and want to leave for BCT that month. Im 25 going on 26 and Im not getting any younger. I know I am a bit old as most new recruits are 17-18, but it took me this long to mature enough to follow my dream.

Does anyone know the real length of time? Thanks everyone, I appreciate this.

I wanted to find out from Great Dane owners how long their dogs lived? Did they ever bloat in their lives? Any surgies? How much did you feed a day? What type of food?
I have a 2 1/2 year old Great Dane that i've been through hell with.. He's had bloat, 2 knee surgeries, is deaf, has seperation anxiety, cannot eat hard food for some odd reason anymore (happend after his 2nd knee surgery, he starts to choke), dog aggressive (used to be fine around them then oneday snapped) and used to be VERY human aggressive. At one point I considered putting him to sleep because of his health problems and aggression issues. He's a great dog, but I don't think I will get another. He's come a long way since a pup with his temperment issues since he's from a backyard breeder :( Tell me about yours!

I'm not diabetic or overweight, and I do my best to eat a healthy diet. However, the one BIG risk factor I have is that my father has it, and it tends to run in my family.

I've had normal BS levels as long as I could remember now, and so far have had no symptoms. I monitor my fasting blood sugar on my own about every month or two(using my father's equipment) and get it checked during my annual physical. Is this enough to monitor it properly, or am I doing something wrong?

Also, any advice on delaying the onset of diabetes as far as I can? I'm already trying to be active, keeping my weight in check and eating healthy, but is there anything else I can do? I plan on enlisting in the military in a few years, so I need to be in my top condition.

So after reading this question "Which NHL superstar has had the worst post-playing career?" I decide just to throw this out here and see what comes up. As far as proffetional atheletes are concerned, I think its safe to say Hockey players make the least. I know in the 90's and 00's before the salary cap, most players where getting paid very well. Now with the cap, most are still making several million per year, yeah mabey now they've actually got to live a life of semi-normality to be able to actually retire, when they retire. But there must be atleast a few players that got swept up in living a life of "glamor" and have blown all their money, or made a bad investment possibly. Does anyone for actually work a 9-5 to pay the bills?

my baby is getting lots of green mucus coming out of just one eye. it forms these big green booger like mucus and its pretty excessive.. i have to wipe it off several times per day and its forming right at the inner corner... is this normal? is this a sign of anything?

This used to be called the three R's.Maybe some of you remember that.
I would be in favor of schools not teaching about God, science, sex ed, and all the other virtues, therories, that parents should be teaching at home.I am not interested in evolution, and I really don't want some one like Jim Jones or David Koresh teaching my children about God.

its like if you put it in ur hand its smaller than it, really tiny type of turtle.
i want it soo bad.but my daid said no no more pets for me, in my whole life ive had 58 pets before, but not at the same time. right now, i have just 2 dogs catagorized in the toy section.but my dad said i cant have any more pets but i want one reallly bad!!!my mom said yea,but he said if he saw it hed give it,and my 2 dogs away. so i cant sneak it in.i can but it.im 13 so i dont know what to do.

We have been together for three years, living on our own for two. We have a 9 month old daughter together, And a really in love, but all we keep hearing is ohh when are you guys going to make it official. At this point in our lives we dont find it necessary to get married. We are both going to school (it would affect our financial aid if we maried). We both have debt. We want to save for a house and other things. It makes sense to me but how do i explain it to other people. Thanks in advance for your help :)

I just bought a new suit jacket that is 100% polyester. In a moment of stupidity, I stuck the iron down on it and it was way too hot so now it has that really shiny look to it. I guess I burned it. It is machine washable but does anyone know if there is any way to fix it?
