Bloody hell I'm so confused. Let me just ask my quadruple headed giraffe sidekick Melvin. He said the answer is Constantinople.

It is irrelevant whether or not you are living in a dream, unless you have some method of getting OUT of the dream that would be detrimental to you if you are NOT living in the dream.
If you ARE living in a dream, and there is nothing you can do about it, you may as well treat it as if it were real life; i.e. all the normal principles of motivation still apply. Attempts to escape the dream may cause you harm (e.g. getting institutionalized because you act out as a result of the belief that you are dreaming, or inability to find work because people think you're crazy). You wake up from dreams, usually, anyway.
If you are NOT living in a dream, then there is no point in trying to get out because there's nothing to get out of.
Moreover, the theory that you are living in a dream is a bad theory, because there is no concrete evidence that contradicts the theory that our world is real, and the dreamworld theory does not satisfy the requirement that scientific theories be parsimonious.

I don't, but then I have so many confusing, tiring and conflict filled dreams, that I get exhausted by them ~ and put off going to bed.

You do have a point, to me life seems like a big movie an we all have a special role to play for instance we have doctors, lawyers, dentist, housekeepers, factory workers, bankers, teachers an so on, everybody has something to do even bill collectors.

Yes, it may very well be a dream life from which we will awaken when we die.

This could all be a dream.
We could all be figments of someone's imagination.
All this "reality" could be a computer simulation (as in 'The Matrix').
It could all, actually, be real.
Who knows?
