OK, So, I went for the 1st suagr test ( the one hour one) and I FAILED :( Now I am being sent for the 3 hour one. Does failing the 1st test mean you have gestational diabetes and they are giving me the 3 hour one to see how advanced it is? Or should I not worry at all? Plus, they told me to watch my diet until the 3 hour test is taken. What does that mean? No carbs or sugar? Plus, to top things off, I have PCOS which makes me produce too much unsulin to begin with, so....could I get a false positive to gestational diabetes and not actually have it?

While out this lunchtime, I saw a poster for a new car which read something like, "…the feisty new car from Renault…" This lead me to question what makes a car feisty? I can understand that soft curves may confer a 'sexy' label and bold/rounded lines on a car can make it look 'mean/ muscley', but which trait(s) makes any car 'feisty'? Does a person's personality say anything about the car they choose to drive? or vice-versa? By describing a car as feisty, are the makers influencing the way people should drive? Naturally, if I owned an Aston Martin, I'd like to feel like James Bond behind the wheel. If I owned a Nissan Micra or one of those electric 'eco-buggy' thingys, I'd probably feel like Noddy.

So, in short… Do you feel that your car says anything about your personality? If so, what?

I asked a similliar question yesterday and they reported my answer. So this new system of report allows a couple of atheists to award each other best answers so they can report whome they please?

My daughter will be nine in Nov., She is the most loving and caring little girl. She has a outstanding personality. She is in third grade and has many, many friends. What is troubling me is, she seems to care more about her friends, socializing, looking pretty, ect... She wants to talk on the phone all of the time. She is having trouble with reading, staying focused, rushes through everything. She doesnt listen to anything I say!!! She looks at me when I am talking, but when I ask her what I said, she cant remember. Also, when I ask her if she remembers what I told her a few days later, she will say I never said that to her. She is still switching her letters around in her writing. Example- dad(she will write bab) or love ( she will write lvoe) she does this often. I had deslexia when I was her age, but we had her tested and they say her vision is perfect. She was extremely hiper when she was younger, but now has settled down a lot. I am really worried!! What should I do?
