Fall housewarming invitation wording!?

I need help with wording my invitations for my housewarming party that will be in a couple weeks. My roommate and I are hosting and we want it to coincide with fall! I really wanted it to have a catchy rhyme, but anything helps.

Congratulations on your new house!

It's been a while since I've actually tried rhyming poetry, but I think I have a little jingle you can use:

It is Fall! It is Fall!
And this new house welcomes All!

After that, follow it up with the pertinent information about the time of the party.

Again, congratulations!
