I have no problem voting for a Mormon because they are running for public office and not running for a possition in my church. I voted for a Morman to represent me in congress because I thought out of the two he would do the best job. I don't agree with their theology and would prefer to be represented by someone the most like me however I will to vote on the issues that are important and their character. Like I won't be voting for Rudy because of his affairs. If he lies to his wife he will lie to us!

I do like Romney but I agree with one of the other guys more often that I do with him. For that reason alone I think I'll be voting for one of the other guys. But I keep hearing people say they won't vote for him for his religion alone. What do you think?

I know for sure i'm addicted to sugar. Psycologically, and physically. its like morphine. food sans sugar doesn't give me that an effect.
So, it's pretty serious and I know I need to stop my addicition. I lose all my energy when I just eat normal food. In fact, I'd rather not eat than have to eat non-sugared food. How long does it take to end a sugar addiction? What are the symptoms of sugar addiction detox? Should I totally go off of sugar, do it slowly?
How do I go about this?
Thanks.
By the way, I might not be ready to let go if it's that serious but I suppose that self-discipline will come with work if I really want it.
And I think I might really want it.

Do you believe that we could go back in time, if it has already happened won't there just be nothing there, I can never get my head around time travel films where they go back in time to save someone wont they have to keep doing that for all eternity, loop it if you like. What are your views on time travel, I have heard that we are getting closer to achieving it.

Who here knows what purgatory is?

1 Cor. 3:12-15: "Now if any man builds upon the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, each man's work will become evident; for the day will show it, because it is to be revealed with fire; and the fire itself will test the quality of each man's work. If any man's work which he has built upon it remains, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work is burned up, he shall suffer loss; but he himself shall be saved, yet so as through fire."

The main thing to remember is that Prugatory is ONLY FOR THE SAVED. The Catechism of the Catholic Church defines purgatory as a "purification, so as to achieve the holiness necessary to enter the joy of heaven," which is experienced by those "who die in God’s grace and friendship, but still imperfectly purified" (CCC 1030). It notes that "this final purification of the elect . . . is entirely different from the punishment of the damned" (CCC 1031).

I was watching a programme all about young children and horrible illnesses they suffer from and how they do not live long.

Why does God let this happen?

Alot of people say "God isn't cruel, it our own sins which cause suffering" but how can a terminal or painful illness be justified against an innocent child? Apart from apparently being related to Adam and Eve, what has this child done wrong?

Thanks

(in general) Most Mexican people you talk to about the debate on illegal immigration take a personal offense to this. It is not about hating Mexicans or any other illegal’s, it’s about money. I am a hard working, tax paying person that is just one little tick mark on the known and accounted for population of this country contributing smog, tax revenue, contributing to the economy, so I count as a driver on the road, or a student (if I had kids) in the public school system. Because of this, the government can estimate or have an idea of the overall strain on each of these services. Most people who take offense to this issue fail to understand that Americans really do not want to make this a race issue. They want everyone that is in this country to be a part of the Census so we are not faced with overcrowded roads, schools, housing, healthcare, etc. Is this really so wrong?

Anyone have an opinion on this?

I am having my credit card for the past three months and have excellent credit history. But the credit history is available under only one credit bureau. I am now applying for auto loan and when credit unions/financial institutions run a credit check they are not finding any credit history. There is no file in other credit unions.
How do we make sure appropriate information goes to all credit monitoring agencies? Is there anyway to report to those agencies or should I have to report to my bank(which has issued me the credit card) ?

In recently came to america... this is my 6th month here...

in my culture when i go out to eat with friends... 1 person pays for everyone... but in america ive noticed... that there are separate bills....

do friends usually pay only for themselves? what about really really really good friends (not dates just friends)?

in what case would u pay the whole bill?

would it be awkward if i were pay for just a regular friend?

is this a suggestive act in america? would it be considered to be gay?

is there a way to say let me take u out for..... to a friend so they wont think ur gay? would it be a nice gesture or would u be creaped out?

So...i think the best way people can give me a an answer is if i explain the situation. I met some guy when i was a freshman and he was a junior. Now, three years later...he's back in school because he still hasn't graduated. He's been involved in a lot of deep stuff(drugs, drinking, cops, etc) But now he's got himself cleaned up(that's what he says) He say;s he likes me and i like him too. But not enough to date him. I would rather stay friends. How do i make him understand that without hurting him?

Consider a 1.50g mixture of magnesium nitrate (Mg(NO3)2) and magnesium chloride (MgCl2). After dissolving this mixture in water, 0.500 M silver nitrate (AgNO3) is added dropwise until precipitate formation is complete. The mass of the white precipitate formed is 0.641g.

a) Calculate the mass percent of the magnesium chloride in the mixture.

b) Determine the minimum volume of silver nitrate that must have been added to ensure complete formation of the precipitate.

I am not sure what I was doing. anyway i dont have money to pay it, What is the process of taking it to court and fighting it? basically I am hoping the cop doesnt show up to court and so I dont have to pay it, and if he does show up, i should have enough money to pay it by the time the court comes around.
