Two people run at the same average speed. Runner A cuts directly north across the diameter of the circular track, while Runner B takes the full semicircle to meet his partner on the opposite side of the track. Assume their common average speed is 2.70 m/s and the track has a diameter of 150 m. (a) How many seconds ahead of runner B does runner A arrive? (b) How do their travel distances compare? (c) How do their displacements compare? (d) How do their average velocities compare?

Does anyone know how to work this problem? Your help will be greatly appreciated!

it's been a dream for me to be a runway model. i'm 5'7 1/2". runway models range from 5'7" to 6'. obviously, there aren't many 5'7" girls on the runway because they're concidered short. i could make it, but my chances to taller girls are very low. is there any way i could grow another inch or two?

My dog has been acting out of sorts lately. He is rather lethargic, and has been drinking less water and since about 2 days ago he is having trouble eating. As well there is really thick slime dripping from his mouth that I have to wipe up ever once in a while. I took him to the vet and all the tests are normal so far, but I know that there is something wrong with him. I think perhaps there is something stuck in his throat, which would explain the inability to eat and the slime, but I'm not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Last night I had a dream........ I visit a desert country, maybe some Arab country. I am attending a class there. Someone is calling me outside the classroom. Then he takes me to see the queen. The queen asks me to work as a tutor to the princess. I ask the queen if the princess is beautiful. The queen says if it matters. I say I am not used to working with a beauty, which often distracts my attention...... Later I come back home to ask my parents for their opinion. Then I return to the desert country. I find I am climbing a flight of stairs. The last step seems very difficult for me. Suddenly a pair of hands hold out from up and pick me up. The one who helps me is a girl, who says she is the princess. She is a little black. And she is like a boy, or I can say she is a Tom boy. Very funny...... Anyway what does this dream mean?

I really believe that my mom is chooseing her biyfriend over me. My mom is 45 and is old enough to make her own decisions but yet acts childish due to being an alocholic.
