I just get this feeling that now that Bush has started to agree to pull out to pre-surge levels by summer, that he's getting ready to send those soldiers elsewhere.....

Like Iran. What with all the propaganda closely resembling the same techniques our White House used for justification of the Iraq War.

Hopefully, I'm wrong about this, but what do you all think?

Have been wondering about this... to my mind people tell fibs and lie, but its not the same thing as dishonesty. Dishonesty seems "different" to a "simple" lie. It seems malicious and somehow "more" wrong..

Both of our parents are deceased, and according to our birth certificates, we both have the same father. However, an aunt has insisted that depsite this, we have different fathers. Is there anything we can do to determine this?

what would you do?
i woke up this morning and my urine was bright orange/red.

it isn't a UTI.
i had an ultrasound done on my kidneys and bladder in July.
left kidney slightly swollen, but said to wait to deliver baby until they look more into it unless symptoms appear.

only reason i ask is 'cos the office doesn't open for another hour to call a nurse.

To parents out there; We have just moved and my childrens' old school is at least 40 minutes away. I tried the first week to get them up and ready in time but it is really stressful for all of us.
In addition, there is a middle school and a primary school right across the street from us, literally. We went to see these schools yesterday and they seem ok. However, I feel like a terrible parent taking my kids away from all their friends.
Because I'm in academics, we have moved several times over the last 12 years. The longest my eldest daughter has stayed at a school is 3 years.
I wonder how this will affect my children, especially my eldest daughter. However, I just cannot imagine making the 45 minute trek every morning. Across the street would be so much easier and less stressful. What would you do?
