I am with Ralf on this one. Isn't the starter fluid clear? If so, there isn't any way to get the "stain" out because it isn't really a stain. The shirt has been chemically altered. It would be like trying to get a burnt spot from ironing out. Maybe if you soak the whole thing in starter fluid it would even out, but then you would have the issue of how to clean a shirt soaked in potentially hazardous (and flammable) materials.

You can try soaking it in this or that, but starter fluid is usually ether or a mix of ether and alcohol. Both are pretty strong solvents. My guess is that the starter fluid dissolved some of the dye in the shirt, and left it wherever it dripped to when the fluid dried.

I think your best solution is to buy another shirt.

Soak it in SHOUT for an hour or so before washing it.

Try it a couple times with fresh SHOUT.
