I've found some good deals in mid-April; a beautiful time to go - generally warm, spring, green - and few(er) crowds.

I flew United/Lufthansa in the winter months, and I'll be flying American this weekend when I go. Try to fly on a weekday (less busy) and try to take a really early or really late flight. I found the cheapest tickets on kayak.com or travelocity.com. If you book right now and are trying to go in January or February, you can probably find a roundtrip flight for less than $800 (I've found them for $600 before). Either way, have a wonderful trip there - it's such an amazing place (and my new home!!). Good luck!

Did you attempt the KLM web site? they frequently have the terrific deals in case you plan to purchase direct and not by means of a return and forth company. The Hub of KLM is Amsterdam, an somewhat cool place to flow to and this is in effortless terms 4 hours far flung from Paris by ability of Thalys practice. From Paris you ought to take the night practice (Artesia) going to Rome for sixteen hours for below ninety euros. in any different case KLM can connect you to Rome. possibilities are high while you're reserving too on the fringe of the dates, exceptionally for the period of top season, the charges are intense.

You can try http://www.cheapoair.com . They offer really good deals on airline tickets. It would have been better if you had provided us with some more information. Good Luck.
