I say this because when they ask you to join, they ask you to convert your family members. If you do not convert them you cannot have constant/daily contact with your family members? I only ask because I had a family friend say that this caused a problem with him and a brother who converted. The brother got their mother to convert. Well the mother got sick and died. Because she was not in contact with him, he did not get to say good-bye before she passed on. What do you think/know?

I have a chance for employment at Toyota in San Antonio.

Reading around about San Antonio's safe areas to live, the only side that seems to get recommended is the north side. Particularly the south is deemed unsafe but that is where Toyota is located.
I would need an apartment, not a house. I can't seem to find any good reviews of south side apartments.
Is it a pain to commute from north to south? how is traffic?

So im 35 weeks now and about 2 1/2 weeks ago i started getting really weird pains. I thought it was from walking around because i was walking quite a bit that weekend but its still going on. I have been to the doctor twice so far and he tells me that it is ligament pains since everything is growing at a rapid rate. I have asked several people but no one ive asked has had this. It happens when i walk, stand, and sometimes when im just sitting. The pain is in my groin area and i think the best way to describe it is it feeling like pinched nerves..it can be pretty painful. When it happens i cant stand up straight or walk..and it happens daily now. I thought maybe because im a petite person. I am 5 foot 1 and weighed 100 lbs before i got pregnant but im not sure if thats the reason. Im not worried since the doctor seemed okay with it but it really is an inconvience and no one can relate! Has anyone had anything like this?

Today my friend gave me some money for something to do for her and I kept it in my purse. When I came home from school, it was still in my purse. I meant to do that thing after some time. Depending on the stage in life, people have to "perform", make the grades to get into this school and advanced studies, learn skills, learn this and that, do the dishes and make appts, pass major examinations, etc.

Anyone have any insight into balancing the longing/desire to just contemplate and meditate on Godly vs. this hectic and sleep-depriving life?

I was thinking about this. They claim that the universe is expanding, but expansion implies an object growing in space around it. My theory is that rather than the space between matter growing, the matter in space is shrinking. This would mean the size of the universe remains constant but as we are shrinking at the same rate as our nearby surroundings it appears as if space is expanding.

Perhaps it is gravity that is causing this shrinkage.

Perhaps there was no big bang, rather a big shrink, the matter collapsing under its weight and the spaces in between increasing.

This might mean that black holes in our universe form mini-universes of our own, and in turn our universe is merely a black hole in a larger one, and infinite regress of black hole dwelling universes.

I am looking for some one to provide proof that the above is wrong. There are many levels within this question so feel free to attack it at any point, or agree with some of the early points but destroy the later.
