Actually, I have some suggestions, because I too became too busy for a time and HAD to find my spiritual way back.
First, I began to get up in the morning, every morning, five to ten minutes early. It was rough, but I thought of it as my "appointment with God". I'd go get a cup of java, go sit on the couch in the living room and just talked (communed with) to God - I was alone and it was well before sunup, so all was quiet. I didn't worry so much about perfect prayers, or thanksgiving all the time, I just shared my thoughts and life for the day, ending with "your will be done". It changed my life for the better beyond belief.
It worked. I eventually expanded to 30 minutes over the years, and now it seems I commune with Our Father all day long.
Make the appointment. He's calling you. :)
May you find His peace which surpasses all understanding.

The answer for me has always been to just make sure I set time aside each day for God and God's word. After my kids were in bed or getting up before anyone else worked for me. When they were older, I would take long walks and sit and meditate(pray) on a hilltop, next to a lake, wherever, and now, for a while at least, I'm not working so anytime I want! Good luck!

I believe no matter how hectic your life may be you always have sometime in your day when you give a few minutes to reading or television or some hobbie etc. If you have no time but those extra few minutes then use them on God. If you have absolutely no time then you need to prioritize your agenda which means God is always first, try to use your time wisely. By the way learn to meditate on God all day long though we should have those times where we go to our prayer closet God is with us always and we should be in prayer/ communication with him throughout our daily lives.

One needs to bring spirituality --presence, gratitude, mindfulness, and compassion--into ordinary life. Yes, many people who have a spiritual disposition want to spend their days in contemplation. I used to be like this. But this can be a form of escapism--from the self, relationships, difficulties, responsibilities, and the world in general. if you truly want to lead a contemplative life, then you would have to consider going to an monastery or ashram. Otherwise, for ordinary folks, the task is to integrate spiritual life in real work-a-day life. It is the greater and nobler challenge, I think. I go about my days work and also set time aside for spiritual practice in hopes that the practice itself will reflect out in my daily life.

What you read not just bible.Although I think 15 minutes every morning works wonders, because then throughout the day you have something to discuss with God. I talk to God all day long about what ever is going on, . If something or someone catches my attention for some reason I pray for them. Talking to God can become a natural thing especially since it is something you long for. He is always present and waiting to spend time with us.

It's tough, but look at living in the world as a necessity, and something you need to be prepared for. The best preparation one can get is from God. Through prayer, formal worship, the Sacraments, etc we are empowered to live as good Christians (or at least to try to!).

This is a great question, but I have no answer for it. As I struggle with the same paradox.
