I got my ears pierced 7 weeks ago. I can't pull them out. I've tried twisting them and I applied antiseptic to both ears. what else can i do? the back of the earrings look like mounds, they're not the kind with two circles on either side. I'm not sure if they are for twisting or pulling. Help please? thanks so much. <3

A coworker recently discovered a report at work that shows our departments salaries. Her and I were both astonished at the differences. I have been there for 3 1/2 years and another girl was hired a year ago and makes $2 more an hour than I do, along with others who have been hired after me. I trained these people! How do we tactfully bring this up to our boss without letting him know that we saw this report? She is also being paid lower than others and has been there for 2 years. Just to add, there was nothing illegal about viewing the report, it was accidentally discovered and it is not password protected. It is stored on a shared file that anyone could access.

we've been dating a year and we're juniors and she acts like we're still super young and said our youth pastor and friends are afraid we're too serious and we asked them and they dont think that at all.
she said i seemed insecure and am always calling to see what he's doing. um i never do that! thats obsessive. i had an abusive bf so i have a right to be kinda insecure atleast.
how can i get over the things she's said? they hurt really bad..

Ok...so my parents gave me $5,000 as a gift. The truth is, I don't want to spend it on myself. I make my own money, and would feel selfish to use it knowing that they have no retirement funds/investments. So my question is, how would YOU spend this money on your parents?

Now that I got the answer for my last question about needing an air pump or not I have another question.

I have the external type filter on my 55 gallon tank that has two charcoal filters in it. This type filter spills water back into the tank creating air bubbles on the surface.
I also have an air pump. Is it possible to have too many air bubbles in the water? Will it harm the fish?

For our high school choir we are doing a musical this year. We haven't been told yet, but the directors, pianist, etc, are dropping hints like crazy. Can you give me ideas?

1. Title is three words long. The middle word is something like the, of, etc.

2. Kids would like it

3. Beautiful costumes

4. Needs a keyboard to play parts such as an organ.

5. Has gospel, blues, jazzy music, etc.

6. Not a very common one like Sound of Music, Wizard of Oz, etc.

I was told that the employer is 100% responsible and although I know they are the one's paying the government for the unemployment, aren't they allowed to raise or lower the unemployment tax on our paychecks which ultimately shows that we pay into our own unemployment?

I am confused on how to go about this....

1. Evaluate: limit as n ---> infinite: (1^5 + 2^5 +3^5+...+n^5) / n^6 by showing that the limit is: integral symbol -with a 1 on top, 0 on bottom, x^5 dx ........and evaluating the integral.

2. Then we are supposed to evaluate from the previous problem the limit as n---> infinite of 1/n^4 (1^3 + 2^3 + 3^3 +...+n^3).
