I got my ears pierced 7 weeks ago. I can't pull them out. I've tried twisting them and I applied antiseptic to both ears. what else can i do? the back of the earrings look like mounds, they're not the kind with two circles on either side. I'm not sure if they are for twisting or pulling. Help please? thanks so much. <3

I got my ears pierced 7 weeks ago, and its time to take them out. I can't figure out how. They're not embedded in my ears, i just cant get the back off. I've tried twisting in both directions and it wont come off. I please need an easy way to pull the back off so i can take the front out but i really dont want to hurt my self. haha. Help?

They are for pulling - usually they only use screw on backs for diamonds, etc.
1] get a helper [ a guy with strong fingers would do ]
2] have some alcohol and a new pair of earrings ready
3] have him hold front of earring with one hand, and tug the back off [ hope he doesn't lose it ]
4] clean earrings with alcohol
5] wash your ears,and put new earrings in
If all else fails, go back to the place that pierced your ears.

Heh. I got my ears pierced 7 weeks ago too. but I already made sure I could take them out. :X ...piercing earings are in pretty tight for a reason... try grasping the front of the earring with the nails of your thumb and index finger and then doing the same for the back, and just pulling straight out. they might be kinda ooky, but that's how I got mine out.

the skin inside ur ear mighta attached to ur earrings.. u might wanna go get that checked out cause after 7 weeks they should slide rite in and out

just pull really hard. it might hurt, but they have to make them really tight so the earrings don't slip out while they're healing.
