Guppy is a kind of fish. But I like the name guppies. Go for it. I have 12 guppies.:)

I would say you can use any name for a boy or a girl these days. However, I like the irony of calling a beta fish "Guppy".

Fandasia is a girl name. Guppy is a type of fish. I'd name your beta something like Gesepio or something like that.

I like guppy because I have a betta fish too! I like those kinds of names that people or other animals have. For instance, my male betta fishe's name is Tiger but I don't complain

Honestly, Fandasia kinda sounds like a girl name.. but maybe i'm not pronouncin it right.
Its a pretty name.. but Guppy seems more of a boy name

Fandasio is the boy form of that name.
Guppy is an insult to such an honorable and beautiful beta fish.
Ours is named Tarzan.

FANDASIA is sounds very facy and eligent lol i like it! but it sounds like a girls name. guppy sounds more boyish.
