Its happened a few times now, the first was when i was at a gig and the smoke machine came on and i had a huge pain in my chest, it knocked me back and i had to sit down, then just again i was sat down and i got a pain in my chest and when i tried to breathe it got worse, im not overweight and im only young, should i go to the Hospital? This is the situation: Last year my uncle and his two children (one a college student, the other a 15 year old) moved in with my grandmother because she became ill. He did not notify Housing that he would be staying there. My grandma's health deteriorated over the year and sadly she recently passed. Now Housing wants the apartment vacated in two weeks, but my uncle and his kids have no where to go. What are their options? They have not notified Housing that they are actually living in the apartment for fear that they may implicate themselves even further.

Sometimes, I feel like if I hadn't used this site, I wouldn't know how to handle certain situations. Like if I think I see a good deal on a car, someone helps me out by telling me what the scam or catch is. Or if you're in a relationship, people can help you analyze if your man is cheating or playing mind games by a change in his behavior.

Just to let you know, I am an atheist. If we really DO have 'free will', then an omniscient god is logically excluded. The logical fallacy lies in the premise that if god is omniscient, all outcomes are already known to god... everything that you think, decide and do... and everything that you WILL think, decide, and do.

For an omniscient being, all of existence over all of time is laid out as a tapestry before him... past, present and future, down to the smallest detail of material, of thought and of deed, and all is constantly in his awareness. There is no past, present and future from that perspective... there is only an eternal 'now'.

If that is the case, since god already knows everything that will happen, then everything is already decided... and as we go along through life, we are merely doing what has already been seen by god. Since god knows and sees everything that will happen, NOTHING that we think or do can be contrary to what god already sees and knows. We might THINK we have free will... but since we are merely acting out what god already sees and knows, this can be no more than an ILLUSION of free will.

Put another way, if you come to a point of decision, you have no choice but to take the path that god already knows you will take... there is no other option. That works all the way down the path of cause-and-effect... and, along the way, it even casts doubt on the validity of the concept of cause and effect. I don't want to get into that, though... it makes my hair hurt.

So, imagine that since before time began, since before the universe was created, god has 'known' that you would come to a point of decision at some spatial and temporal coordinate, and that faced with the possible paths A and B, you would take path A.

Now, during the course of your life, you arrive at that spatial and temporal coordinate where this choice exists. You evaluate the potential outcomes, and you have it in your head that you have 'free will', and thus, you are free to choose between path A and path B. However, since god is 'omniscient', and god 'knows' that you will take path 'A', then path B IS NOT an option... it IS NOT a matter of choice... it is a 'NECESSITY'. OF NECESSITY, you WILL take path A. Not 'must'... not 'can'... WILL take path A. You DO NOT have a choice. Path B is NOT an option... it is not even a POSSIBILITY. The best that you can achieve is the ILLUSION that you are free to choose.

Its always good to focus on the positive things in life. It helps to keep the sanity and peace around. With all this talk about the War in Iraq, the morgage crisis, crime, politics and food or toy recalls, and while these things are apart of life nowadays, its good to turn to something positive for a change. At least so we wont lose our minds.

I am going to be flying out to San Fran in a couple weeks to pick up my sister and fly to AZ the same day. Which do you think would be the better option?
Option 1: Fly into San Fran at 1am, and stay in the airport until the plane leaves the next day at 1pm...
Option 2: Fly into San Fran that morning at 11:07am, and stick around until my flight at 12:51pm...
Do you think that 1 1/2 hours in between flights is enough to meet up with my sister, check in, go through security and board the plane? And if the plane is early, or mine is delayed?
Any suggestions?

1. arctan(2x-3)=pi/4
2. arcsin(3x-pi)=1/2
3. arctan(2x)= -1
4. arcsin(the square root of 2x)=arccos(the square root ofx)

5. find tan [arcsec(root 5)/2]
6. find sin (arc sec(x))
7. find csc [arctan(x/root2)]

also if anyone knows the domain and range of csc(x), sec(x), and cot(x) that would be helpful too.

Hi, my baby is 13 days old
it was all well until 11 days.
suddenly from 12 day onwards, he doesnt seem to be very comfortable and not sleeping well.
what cud be reason is it a thing to worry?
also, when asleep, he opens his eyes, sees if one of us around goes back to sleep else start crying, is it normal behaviour

I am raising a little boy (he's 7 now) and I am curious to know what men today say about their childhood in regards to their mothers. Things like events that stick out in your mind or maybe things you wish would not have happened. Did she smother you too much? Or not enough? And how do you think that affects who you are today and your current relationship with her as an adult. Do you wish you could do anything different or that she had done something different? Using the pill and i ended up becoming pregnant.This was by a friend of a few years whod become more than a colleague.It only happened once.He then told me he had a gfriend but ill never know.He took me for scans to the hospital and more or less told me that i could go to his house whenever etc Id been battling amphetamine psychosis and had been diagnosed with depression some years previous.I learned I had miscarried.The shiock of first learning i was pregnant, thren tyhe miss , all in a matter of a month/6 weeks, plus the above probs i was fighting,I broke and sent him a few suicidal texts being so low etc He showed a manager at our workplace, apparantly out ofd concern.Though he never wants to speak to me again now and has changed his phone number, Ive been distraught over this for some time, a few months... ive written but he wants nothing to do with me.I just wish that he would speak to me .....................

I had only found out that I was fertile after the fact that I had already had sex. I usually use protection on these days. I thought my day was Thursday of this week so I messed it up. I mean it would not bother me or my fiance one way or the other but it would be better if I didn't get caught.
