The Chinese military hacked into a Pentagon computer network in June in the most successful cyber attack on the US defence department, say American ­officials.
The Pentagon acknowledged shutting down part of a computer system serving the office of Robert Gates, defence secretary, but declined to say who it believed was behind the attack.
Current and former officials have told the Financial Times an internal investigation has revealed that the incursion came from the People’s Liberation Army.
If they can watch us and use all the technology on us, then why does this happen?

I had a really wonderful LDS friend who was in her mid-fifties. She'd been married for 35 years to a man who was a High Priest and a Stake President. They had 5 grown kids, all active in the Church, and both my friend and her husband were pillars of kindness and virtue in the community.

For whatever reason, her husband became interested in another (married) woman in his ward; he said they were dating in chastity after he left his wife, and wanted to be married. Both divorces were approved, they apparently got a Temple recommend and he was sealed to his second wife, and she was unsealed to her first husband and sealed to him instead. I don't know if my friend's husband was also "unsealed" to her, but I imagine that would be necessary if she wanted to marry again, since she can only be sealed to one husband in the Celestial Kingdom.

Anyway, it just seemed like my dear friend got a dirty deal and I wondered how many Mormons would agree with me. How often does this happen?

My friend from Church is applying to these universities this fall: Princeton, Cornell, University of Virginia, Johns Hopkins university, University of maryland college park and university of maryland baltimore county. She has as SAT score of around 1850 and has a GPA of 3.9ish. She has lots of extracurricular activities from church (playing the Cello and sunday school teaching). What are her chances of getting in?

I just woke up from dreaming. To me, my dreams, guide me. They tell me whether I am going in the right direction in life or not. They tell me all the things that I have done wrong during the day through signs, symbols. Sometimes they can turn good memories into painful, embarrassing ones. Some days I wish dreaming didn't exist. I wake up regretting something I've said or done to someone. My dreams can haunt me. I guess when you don't have the time to think during the day, your subconscious becomes active during night. Everything is exaggerated in a dream.

What are dreams like for you.
