When being told to have a "Balanced Mind" what do you think this means in your own personal opinion?

A "balanced mind" is the ability to arrange all the elements and people in your life in some sort of logical order...without taking any of these TOO SERIOUSLY!
Your approach might turn one or more individuals off...but at least you'll be able to sleep at night!

The only way that I could think of answering this question was by looking at my unbalanced mind
and thinking what I needed to do to get to feeling comfortable again. One of the big ones for me in unbalancing is to pay too much attention to fear so balanced would be to get fear in its place and listen but not get sucked into it.
In unbalanced states I get illogical thinking patterns and it helps to test these against reality.
Unbalanced is to have a poor self image rather than a neutral sense of the self with regard to strengths and limitations.
I think if you look up CBT online it gives clues to how to get a balanced mind.
