Get too lazy to choose a best answer?

I hate it when many answers are good. Then you have to resort to "Put to vote".

No. Because in reality, even when you put something to vote, it always ends up going to the person that answered first. The only conclusion that can be drawn is that some only care about piling on points. The easiest way to do that is to vote instead of answering and then only pick answer #1 and move on. I have seen cases where someone will ask a real good question, get several good answers, but the first answer will be something obscene like f*** your mother. And that dude ends up winning the vote!

But I can relate to how hard it is when you get many good answers.

I get so annoyed when I see that someone has been given exactly the answer they needed, even bothered to add a 'thank you' note on the Q, and then leaves it open to vote!

It only takes two seconds to pick a Best Answer, but so many askers just can't be bothered.

I hardly choose best answers anymore. Honestly, the only time I ever did when I was on Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4.

It's even harder when you only have one answer and it's a pretty bad one. I asked a Billy Joel question and only one person answered and I really didn't like the answer, so I don't know if I should just let it go to vote so I can vote no best answer or just give that person the best answer.

Others must have the same problem. There are thousands of unresolved questions waiting to be voted on.
