I took 6 cds from a friend because he owed me the cds and I didn't think he would give them to me or he would forget. he didn't forget and he gave me 4 cds and said he would give me 2 more soon. I didn't take the original cds as I was leaving his house I put them in a shoe box and in his tv room in the basement. I told him about it but I don't think he understood what I meant. I feel terrible for taking them in the first place. I have done a lot for him however I buy ciggarrets for his girlfriend, I always drive when we hang out, I invited him to a baseball game because I had an extra ticket, etc. What should I do? like I said I didn't take the orginal six cds with me, but I don't think he will find some of the cds because I put some in a shoe box, I don't know what I was thinking. BTW he is 17 years old and I'm 19 years old. I don't want to say sorry like a million times because I don't want him and my other friends to think I'm a pansy or anything.

I'm getting to the point where i should start thinking about colleges and i want to go to a good school, i was thinking i want to apply to the air force academy, princeton, du, penn state, michigan state, berkely, university of chicago and maybe csu as a fallback i'm really interested in psychology but there's a good chance that i'll find another subject that i really care about as well. I want to go to a place thats easy to make friends, has a good campus, and will give me a very good education. It dosnt have to be perfect but i just want a place where i can learn and really enjoy college.

I am an adult daughter of an alcohlic. Lately I have been feeling tremendous guilt about not speaking to my mother. I have put up with years of verbal abuse when she is drunk, when she is sober she is the nicest person in the world. It's been a long time coming I finally told her I was done w/ all the drama in my life, after repeatedly trying to get her to seek help. I have tried to find a ACA meeting in my area but have had no luck. My question is has anyone gone through a similar experiance w/ a parent and if you felt guilt how did you cope? (I think the guilt I'm mostly feeling is for my daughter if that makes sense, we don't really have family on either side. I feel pain for her that she doesn't have any grandmothers.)

I am looking at a 1990 Chevy Celebrity station wagon with a 3.1 liter V6 with 109000 miles on it. Owned and maintained by 1 family since new. it has A/C, cruise, tilt wheel, power windows, power seats, power door locks. it is in good condition kelley blue book says in good condition private party resale value is $1,085, in excellent condition $1,240, in fair condition $805. trade in values are excellent $725, Good $645, Fair $485. it has all new tires and no rust. He is asking $1195. Should i offer him $900 and see if he accepts and if not i would offer him $1000. what do you experts out there think this car is worth?
