Since the middle of last year, I have been obsessed with my weight...it started off just hating myself, wishing I could be thinner but having no self-control to do so. Then I got motivated and lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks. After that, I haven't been weighed so I don't know what I weigh now - we don't even own a scale! I have been on and off several diets since, somne going as low as 500-650 calories a day. It's like I am constantly thinking about food and if I am not on a diet I feel horrible about myself and think I am very fat. I have a healthy weight - 125 and 5 foot 6 - but I hate the way I look and always want to weigh less. Eventually I would like to be 110 pounds...this isn't unhealthy either, though. I have taken tests on the internet andthey say I have (quote quote) anorexic tendencies...but how do I say these tests aren't full of crap?
