Ok. I have been trying to lose weight and I haven't been eating enough food lately. I decided that I am going to eat more(1200-1400) calories a day. And I have been eating less than 1000. If I eat the right way will I gain weight?

I've been eating this way for almost 2 months.

It depends on how long you have been eating 1000cal/day - the longer the more water weight and muscle you have lost.
you will gain some weight back but its just the same thing you lost (you cant gain fat that fast - you need to consume extra 3500cal to gain a pound of fat) and its just normal - there is no way to avoid it because you would have gained it back eventually anyway.
from now on make sure you get enough calories and be active because you can lose fat only if create just a slight deficit in daily caloric intake.

no you won't put on weight, the reason you haven't been losing weight is that your body is in starvation mode because of not enough caloeries and so instead of burning off the fat it hangs onto it in fear of not getting fed again. Spread your calories over 3 meals and 3 snacks a day, eat every few hours and watch your portion sizes. You will lose weight as eating this way will get your metabolism fired back up, regular exercise will also speed up your metabolism

If you dont eat enough your body will be in "starvation mode" holding on to the extra fat. If you eat enough (healthy) then you will give your metabolism a chance to jump-start. Once you get your metabolism going, you can shed the excess pounds. But, you must exercise as well...dont forget that.

too loose wieght you need to burn more calories than you eat. So it really depends on how much exercise.
