no, just like to maintain the illusion of the stick figure. or the thrill of anonymous advice. i think it's scary if i see your pic instead of avatar and you are a teenager. the avatars make us all wise.

I prefer to keep my private life private. I wouldn't want someone to answer my questions because of what I look like or don't look like. My avatar looks like a lot of others so I figure if they stop to answer my questions they must have wanted to.

I'd rather have Johnny's gorgeous face posted for everyone to see. I just don't feel the need to post my picture in public, especially with all the whacko's on the internet these days.

i actually read a question erlier about that people with real picks get more attention then avatarees so i put my real pic then i thought it was just making me a little too public
cuz i already have a common name so anybody that knows me will know its my s/n so that enoughf

i had no fear of anyone seeing my ugly mug at all, but then i became a reporter troll's victim and was forced to change to an avatar, later to change my screen name, and finally to privatize my Q&A. i CARE about my account, so SUE me!
i didn't mean that PERSONALLY, but thats' the way it goes around here.
