well, i have this friend, hes a boy. and we've been bestfriends ever since 3rd grade. he's a little on the girlish side. his voice is sort of girlish, but he lives in a house with ALL girls. he weras hollister, abercrombie, and american eagle. and everyone always talks to ME about how they think hes gay. i know for a fact that he's not but all the time, they make fun of him and i cant take it anymore. hes my bestfriend, and it hurts hear people talk about him like that. i always deny it, but they alwaysss repeat it to me. he's had girlfriends before, but people have nothing better to do than talk about how he sounds like a girl.

how do i make them stop?

I would really like to know how many Atheists/Agnostics have ever looked beyond Fundamentalism? I've noticed that most Atheist challenges on here have to do with literal views of the Bible, and archaic notions of God. It's easy to reduce things to their simplest forms and then dismiss and ridicule them.

My neighbor is in a horrible situation that she is trying like heck to get out of but the system is totally letting her down. Her 19 month old baby gets sick, fever, nausea, vomiting, and she finds a large lump in the back of her mouth. It's a Holiday, she has no money, is trying to get the kids on medicaid, can't get in to her pediatrician cuz she has no money....so she takes the child to the ER. The child also has a condition where her urine backflushes in to her kidneys due to a congenital disorder, and has been on profilactic antibiotics, until her mother's life went to hell, and she could no longer afford the medicine. The ER DR. told, her he couldn't help her, refused to give the child a shot of Penicillin, and would'nt give her mom a script for ant. He told her wouldn't do any good anyway, and pretty much dismissed her, without antibiotics for a BACTERIAL infection, and told her to take the kid to her regular Dr. knowing he won't see her because she has no money. Pls Help!

Our fence got torn apart by strong winds about 6 months ago. We ask our neighbors to help pay so we can get the fence fixed, but they refuse. What can we do about it? Isn't it invasion of privacy since they can see what we're doing vise versa?

(b) What altitude does it reach?....m

I was at Shoppers Drugmart (yes canadian) and i was just picking up a box of tampons,pads etc....the razors for men are on the exact same spot and my male teacher who i happen to have a major crush on was buying razors and saw me with 3 boxes of tampons and a bunch of bags of pads!!!!!!!!!!! Ahhh!

My freind plays all the time but has never won and he thinks that people who earn over a certain amount shouldn't be allowed to play the lottery. That way, the people who win would be those who truly need the money. First time I've heard that idea. Do you think that would be a good lottery policy? Why or why not?
