I'm looking for a free program I can download to burn a game that is downloaded on my computer. I want to burn it onto a CD to put on another computer.

look for burning apps. if you right click the folder or the game cd you can choose to burn with windows built-in burner.

Mostly you can't copy installed programs because they have bits of it all over the place and you'll never get all the files, fonts and registry settings copied.
If you have the original download then burn it straight to CD, or if it is an ISO then burn the disk image.

In many cases that isnt legal if its a game that you have to pay money to get.
