do walmart employees get payed holiday pay for working labor day? anyone know i work at the super center in saratoga springs ny

My problem is that i am very lazy and hence have become overweight. I am not lazy because of my weight, i know that, because once i am on my feet and out of the house i am on the go and i am active!
But when i am at home or comfortable in my room then i just cant get myself to go outside for a walk or to complete some daily chores. I now think that i probably love my room and my comfort way too much and probably thats why i am lazy.

I want to loose weight and when i get sudden motivation from some friend or movie that i watch then i start going for a walk but somehow i cant continue my routine of walks..i stop after 1 or 2 weeks and get back to my old habit of lying around at home. I dont know why. It must be a mental block or soemthing i am not aware of and that is affecting me and my health alot.
Can anyone help?

okay..so im bored with my hair, because i died it back natural, and i used to have a big chunk in it..i want to do that again, i just dont know what color..

my hair is dark brown

my skin is fair..kinda beige

my eyes are light blue..little bit of gray

uuumm..

the chunk used to be golden blonde..

my natural color is dark brown..

i guess thats all you need to know

PLEASE give me some ideas..please

Ever since I can remember, my ears pop when I swallow or yawn. I can also make them pop just by twitching my jaw muscles. Or maybe the sound is better described as a crackling kind of noise.
I've been to ear doctors before for other things, and they never noticed anything unusual and I never thought to mention it because I don't even notice it unless I pay attention to the sound. Doesn't bother me or anything, and I don't intend on going to the doctor for it.
I'm just curious about what causes this. I'm guessing it most likely has something to do with the Eustacean tubes? Has anyone ever heard of this kind of condition?

I recently started law school and and have gotten to know one of my classmates, a really cool, smart and beautiful girl, who also happens to live in my building. From the first day we've met we've had great chemistry and we now have a friends with benefits thing going on. I'm having a few problems though:
1) She warned me that she gets angry with guys after she hooks with them and that she didn't want that to be the case with us but I convinced her that I could deal with her being upset. Unfortunately she seems to get upset a lot after we hook up.
2)She says she doesn't want a relationship and wants to go slow, which I'm cool with but she'll often tell me that she likes me and we do often have intimate moments, ie holding each other.
3)I've been out of the dating game for a while (two years) so to find a girl like this is really big for me and I often think about her, even though I know that I'm supposed to go slow and I try to act as if we're only friends who hook up

what do i do?

I know this Thai girl who likes me, and I like her back. We'd like to go out and start a relationship but I'm a bit skeptical right now of how her parents would recieve me, because I hear Asian societies do tend to be a bit prejudice, or at least untrustful, of outsiders.

My ethnicity is Persian, but I was born and raised in the United States. My family and I aren't very religious so religion isn't a problem as far as my side goes.

I was hoping some Thai people would be able to give me advice on wether or not we should go through with our relationship.

What if the Victim or the girl in this case was the first one to start hitting the Abuser. And then the Abuser was the one that threw one punch unfortunately he left her a black eye. No arrests were made. But the cop said that the girl should have gone to jail because she threw the first punch. But instead he made her the victim. She requested no charges be made since it was an accident. She also told the officer she threw the first punch. There was an altercation that got the Abuser riled up. It involed 4 guys trying to fight him. She was not the person that called the cops. And the person that did call called the police department. Anyways she doesnt want charges filed. And again she was the one hitting him. Does this sound like a case the DA will pursue. Im not asking for me im asking for my bro. She was at work when it happend. And her co workers were trying to fight him. four against one she was holding him back and well he accused her of not having his back and she hit him a lot,

I dont really appreciate getting cards for birthdays because in my opinion its just another reason for hallmark to make money and you basically read it and then it sits around my house.

Cards are good in other cases when you give a message or something.. i dunno. Im going to get people cards Im still going to do it but i just got some cards sitting under my desk with hallmark on it so i decided to rant, anyone agree but?

The one that's all over the news, selling out of california for $90,000. Anyone know how many miles you will get on a single tank or charge? How fast do they go? Im assuming you will need a diffrent kind of license and some of the laws will be diffrent from regular cars to make it road legal. Do they have a website for it?
