I understand the pharmacology of morphine and fentanyl (structure, binding sites, differences in mu-, delta-, and kappa- opioid occupancy and potency) so I would like the following question to be answered in the *clinical* context (I'm an RN who works in a Neurosurgical ICU with mainly vented patients):

In your clinical experience, which of the two (morphine or fentanyl) have you found to be the better analgesic with the least potent respiratory depressant action?

The other night I was awakened by my dog (a full grown Blue Heeler) barking, I got a flashlight & went out to yell at him to be quiet when I saw what he was barking at - a possum on our porch, my dog kept lunging at the possum & had apparently injured it (it's back legs were broke) I got the dog in the house & scared the animal into "playing possum" & carried it carefully down our yard & threw it over the fence towards the woods. I've checked the dog twice (once after I took care of the possum & later the next day), I don't see any cuts or bite marks on him. could he still have rabies?

he's pretty up to date on his shots & I read rabies are rare in possums.

I am going to get a betta fish soon, like tomorow... I am going to keep it in a Plastic Animal crackers jar... its like 3 gallons and it looks like a normal fish tank with marbles and plants on the bottom , I used to have a betta fish and i kept it with little Feeder Guppies and it got along fine but I know that all fish are driffrent , but theres a lot of room and hiding places i just dont want the new future fish to become lonely .the tank does not have a lid, and my question is i dont have a water conditoner and i need to know if the feeder guppies will die without a oygen tanke my other one did not because the bowl had a MUCH , MUCH surface area the pet store owner is just telling me it doesnt matter the feeder fish are supposed to die anyway and GOOGLE has no answers about feeder guppies and another question...what do ou think is the best kind of food for it all i have is pellets (for the guppies i meab)

When he goes to the front door, Peggy Sue's mother answers & invites him in.
"Peggy Sue's not ready yet, so why don't you have a seat?" she says.
Peggy Sue's mother asks Harold what they're planning to do.
Harold replies that they will just go to the malt shop or to a drive-in movie.
Peggy Sue's mother replies,"Why don't you kids go out & screw? I hear all the kids are doing it."
This comes as quite a surprise to Harold & he says, "Wha...aat?"
"Yeah," says Peggy Sue's mother."We know Peggy Sue really likes to screw; why, she'd screw all night long if we let her.
Harold's eyes light up & he smiles from ear to ear.
A few minutes later Peggy Sue comes downstairs & announces she's ready. Harold escorts his date to the car.
About 20 minutes later, Peggy Sue rushes back into the house, slams the door & screams at her mother.

there is this "game" thing were people from around the world will give you the longitude and latitude so you can look it up on a GPS and go find a box....the box contains an item and you take an item, put one in and sign your name....does anyone know what this is called and a website to find the corrdinates?

Details: I've been really good friends w/ this girl for 2 yrs. 3 weeks ago, we finally started demonstrating a lot more than just being friends, more love towards each other= I would call her every morning and a lot during the day, go to the movies, mall, shopping, and just chatting at nice places...she would look into my eyes every time I spoke, smiled a lot, laughed a lot, flirted a lot...and wanted to be around me a lot.

NOW....1.5 weeks ago (and continuing)....she has not smiled back at me (very very little),....she doesn't look into my eyes anymore, every time I call her she tends to rush the conversation, ...and she laughs about 5% of what she used to.

What is going on? ???

I am pretty sure I haven't changed anything about myself...I am still the same person, act the same way, and love her to death.

I need some help.....what should I do to get that "spark" and get things back to where they were?

Girls!! You know everything bout' relationships plz help!
