my dell dimension 2350 keeps turning off on its own. the longests it stay on for 4 minutes. then it just turns off. then right after it turns on i press the power button and it stay on for only 2 seconds. what could be causing this.

Since about 1974 the human rights of America has been lessened, a little at a time. Until Torture is deemed suitable. Congress took away the Right to have a case heard by the US Supreme Court, by legislation.

Most of our 1957-1964 Civil Rights cases went all the way to the US Supreme Court before Being Heard.

Around 1974 the Supreme Court magically made accused criminals magically responsible to be better than a lawyer. That is they removed the right to appeal because they didn't know the laws, or ineffective counsel.

This was extended into Civil Laws by Courts proclaiming self-representing people must be knowledgeable at filing procedures or lose-without a hearing. Self-representing people are often those who cannot afford a lawyer.

I say Its time to turn the Courts back to protecting Human Rights. And not just swing that way for 20 years, but to impose lasting improvements.

The Poor or us underpaid, must have a voice to bring about a Civil Rights haven

Idaho Sen. Larry Craig, who has voted against gay marriage and opposes extending special protections to gay and lesbian crime victims, finds his political future in doubt after pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges stemming from complaints of lewd conduct in a men's room.

According to the prosecutor's complaint, obtained Tuesday by The Associated Press, airport police Sgt. Dave Karsniam, who was investigating allegations of sexual conduct in airport restrooms, went into a stall shortly after noon on June 11 and closed the door.

Minutes later, the officer saw Craig gazing into his stall through the crack between the stall door and the frame, fidgeted with his fingers and returned to gazing through the stall for about another two minutes.

It is ok for Politicians to behave in this manner? What happened to keeping these things in your own home, behind closed doors, have they no shame?

I have hypothyroidism, lately I am feeling depressed and have had slowly been gaining weight. Trying to lose the weight is becoming more difficult. I read about a product called Alvidar. Has anyone used this and what type of results have you achieved? I am on Synthroid but it seems to not be helping my symptoms even though my blood tests show normal thyroid range. Any comments on what may have worked for you?

I am behind on one payment, the next thing you know my mother, one of my references for the loan, called and said to give thme a call. I was very upset b/c I was really trying to make arrangements. I let the manager know that I really did not appreciate it and end the conversation. He later called back and left a detailed message on my voicemail stating that he will continue to 'harrass' my references as long as he wants to. I found that unbelievable and I am certainly appauled. What are my rights? Is that type of treat legal?

my boyfriend and i have been together for 8 months. we're both 19 and sophomores in college. he goes to a community college but is planning on transferring to my university next year. we are very serious about each other and we have talked about marriage a lot. i told him that if we do get engaged i would want it to be done once we graduate, but he wants to get engaged once he transfers. although we have a very good relationship and our families like us and everything, isn't dating for less than 2 years before getting engaged really risky? how do i make him understand? i've tried to explain that it's just better to wait but he doesn't agree.

Currently, "special ed" kids (ADHD psychos and young criminals) study in the mainstream schools disrupting discipline and downgrading SAT scores.
Should they be assigned to special schools with adequate curriculum and discipline enforcement, just like 2 types of Soviet schools:
- "special ed" for imbeciles
- juvenile labor camps for young criminals.

I had my mirena iud removed 2 weeks ago and had sex that day and everyday as much as possible since then..(hubby and I are trying to conceive)....I am possibly 2 weeks pregnant...Has anyone taken a home pregnancy test and gotten a faint line ? Should I take that as a positive test or should I disregard it? Did your test have a faint line and you were pregnant? I have taken 4 test, 3 different kinds and 3 of them had a faint line and 1 of them had nothing at all. Give me your results and how far along you were when you took the test

I have a table of units of advertising and revenue:

Rev: 20 | 50 | 30 | 100 | 50 | 90 | 80
Ads: 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7

I have drawn the graph (first part of the questio), but now I have to calculate the correlation coefficient between advertising and revenues.

Does anybody know the formula (in really simple terms) for this please? I will be very very grateful for any help! Sorry to be a nuisence, I'm just really stuck.
