I had the 8th pick in a 10-team league with no moves as of yet.

Here is my team:

QB- V. Young, M. Hasselbeck
WR- T. Holt, L. Fitzgerald, D. Driver, M. Clayton(BAL), B. Marshall
RB- B. Westbrook, R. Bush, D. Williams, L. Jordan, D. Foster
TE- A. Crumpler
K- J. Brown
DEF- Carolina

One of the Carolina RBs should pan out and L. Jordan should be a good value as a RB2 or RB3. I was thinking of trading D. Driver or one of my backup RBs for a R. Williams or A. Johnson to have an elite core of WRs or a better RB2

Any suggestions or advice on how to improve my team? For
10 points, I need an in-depth answer by rating my team on a scale of 1-10 and rate it on each position if you can please.

Is it ok to wash your face with hot water?? does it damage the skin in any way or anything? it seems like my face does better if i wash it with hot water but not sure if its healthy in the long run.

I am an African American Man who thinks that racism is becoming boring and passe. I know my opinion will infuriate all of those who still cling to the "free sandwich" 'Race Card" mentality, but I happen to think that the silent majority agrees with me. Racism in this country is nowhere near as extreme as it was even forty years ago and I believe that there is nowhere that we cannot go within reason and that there is nothing that we cannot do, unless it is self-inflicted. Your thoughts?

Melatonin is a hormone produced by the brain to make you sleep. My son sometimes has trouble sleeping due to a disrupted sleep cycle and was prescribed melatonin about five years ago. His doctor now says that this is a "proscribed" drug.

What does that meaan and can you still get melatonin?

I was surfing the net looking for some expert (or experienced mom) info on the cost of raising children, and happened upon a site I found rather interesting. The site for and about moms who are single. A place to vent about their ex's who were either not paying child support or ex's who ran off and created another family. I found it nice to see a place where you could rant a little (all the women were respectful and breif with their rants) AND get some mental support, and not be critcized.

One of the entries surprised me though. A woman said in her post that her mother had waited to have children. She chose to be a single mom. She waited till she had an excellent career and was able to afford children. The women then went to to blast the moms who were venting, saying that they made a choice to have kids with the men they were married to and that they needed to quit complaining.... She said divorce is almost a way of life and that they should have been prepared...
