you know we have boys dying to defend this country, people going hungry, no place to live, disasters ect, who gives a double dam about what goes on in a bathroom.

When you tapped the other guys foot, did you also run your hand under the wall of the stall? And no, I can honestly say that I have never tapped feet, or anything else, with another man, in or out of a bathroom stall.

If that man's name happens to be Barney Frank and the person in the stall next to him is some Cub Scout, then you're right, it's no big deal. HOWEVER, if that man happens to be a REPUBLICAN and a bit of a flamer, then all of a sudden it's the biggest story on the planet. I hear there's even talk of a possible execution. Okay, I made that last part up, but come on! It's not the end of the frigging world, is it?

I think there might be more to it than tapping another man's foot.
There was probably tapping involved, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't his foot getting tapped.

I don't think that is what tipped the cop off, it was the hand motion under the stall representing the jacking off of a gay mans dick that tipped him off.

Never, and I have unusually large feet, but I have never seen a stall so small that I couldn't keep my toes on my own side.
