Does any other company make a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens other than Canon. I have an EOS Digital Rebel XTi and I want to upgrade my lens but can only find that Canon has a lens of this sort. The lens needs to be at least a 200mm zoom with a constant f/2.8. Thanks.

speedy sue, driving at 30.0 m/s, enters a one-lane tunnel. she then observes a slow-moving van 155m ahead traveling at 5.00m/s. Sue applies her brakes but can accelerate only at -2.00m/s because the road is wet. Will there be a collision? If yes, determine how far into the tunnel and at what time the collision occurs. If no, determine the distance of closet approach between Sue's car and the van.

I have a few scratches on my new car that I got this morning. Two of them are about 2 inches long on my passenger side door and there are a bunch on the rim of my tire on that same side.

I work at a car dealership and the manager I talked to said that the starting price is around $65 depending on how much damage there is. Does that sound about right or is that too steep?

I'm 13, and I'm getting a haircut soon, but I haven't decided on what hairstyle I'm getting (layers, side bangs, etc...) I'm Asian and my hair is dark brown and straight and 1-2 inches below my shoulder. I want to get layers (not spaced out layers) but all of the pictures I've seen of Asians with straight hair and layers don't look very good. Layers seem to look better with wavy hair, but I don't have much time to wave/curl my hair in the mornings.
I really like Emma Watson's hair. Do you think I would look good in her haircut???
Any suggestions on hairstyles I should go with???
Help please!

Most people come here to ask a question & get a good answer with out having to search for hours on the net. They pour their heart into some of these questions some even offer personal information & all they get back is rude unneeded static that really doesn't help answer there question. So why is it that people can't just give a helpful answer & NOT a hurtful opinion?

Ok.

I was dating a girl going back about 9 months ago. The relationship didn't work out. We both agree'd to be friends.

There was always a sense of, we knew we would get back together it was just the case of biting the bullet and saying it.
Whenever our relationships would end we would always go back to each other, not for anything sexual. Just for a familar face and comfort.
I have a friend I work with. Hes 42. Hes a bit of a player, takes home a different girl home a night kind of guy.
Im 18 and she is 18. She sent me a text message on saturday night asking if 'sexy adam' was there, im changing names on this thing....

I didnt, respond. It hurts you know to see her with someone else....
She text me tonight asking for his number.
So i text back saying. "Why are you doing this, We dated. Now you want my friend whos old enough to be your dad".
I feel like a bastard.
I know my friend wont do anything with her...
But it hurts, and i cant tell her about it shes too imature

Should I live anymore?
What did I do?

I have been using the flushable kind of litter but it started getting nasty as it doesnt clump well and left my toilet disgusting. I now bought the usual scoopable litter, but I'm not sure where to dispose of it. Is it unhealthy to just have a mini garbage pail w/ a lid next to the box to dump it into and then just empty that every few days? Just wondering how others dispose of it.

I am just about to graduate college with a degree in digital media design. I have numerous really interesting and exciting job offers including an offer to illustrate a quantum physics textbook and another to redesign a e-commerce site. Both of these will give me great resume material as well as sizable cash flow, definitely a step up from the 8 dollars an hour I make as a student worker at my school. Anyways, I have a problem...

NO MOTIVATION. NO ENERGY. COMPLETE APATHY.

Things are coming up that are basically the summation of everything I have wanted and been working for and I just don't seem to care. I am almost too lazy to get up and go to these important meetings. How am I going to survive unless I can build up the motivation to actually pursue and use my talents to earn myself a living? I don't know what to do. Is there medication? Would meditation help? Don't tell me to "just do it" because believe me that doesn't work. I have been "just skating by" my entire life!

I got a french manicure or whatever they call it today. He put really long fake nails on and then cut them down and filed them. He then painted the tips white per my request (i'm looking for ideas of different ways to have my nails for my wedding) and put tons of top coat on, it's just thick on top of my nails. I've never had any sort of acryllics put on before so I'm not sure i like it, it's still a bit too heavy and long for my liking I think, and makes it hard for me to do the day to day things with awkward nails sticking out. I'm thinking I may go have them removed by the end of the week. Is there any problem in doing that or do I have to wait a certain amount of time? What is the process they use to remove them? Will there be any damage to my natural nails when the fake is removed? I will be finding a different salon to take them off, everyone in this place was chinese and I already couldnt hardly understand them. Any good ideas on a good wedding day nail style?
