I was dating a girl going back about 9 months ago. The relationship didn't work out. We both agree'd to be friends.
There was always a sense of, we knew we would get back together it was just the case of biting the bullet and saying it.
Whenever our relationships would end we would always go back to each other, not for anything sexual. Just for a familar face and comfort.
I have a friend I work with. Hes 42. Hes a bit of a player, takes home a different girl home a night kind of guy.
Im 18 and she is 18. She sent me a text message on saturday night asking if 'sexy adam' was there, im changing names on this thing....
I didnt, respond. It hurts you know to see her with someone else....
She text me tonight asking for his number.
So i text back saying. "Why are you doing this, We dated. Now you want my friend whos old enough to be your dad".
I feel like a bastard.
I know my friend wont do anything with her...
But it hurts, and i cant tell her about it shes too imature

Must add its not a case of she doesnt want to be with me.
Maybe im the sucker she keeps going back too. When shes not dating or interested in anyone else. She knows im there.
A month ago she was always at my house, always hanging out.
Always giving me text messages with 'baby' in it. 'love' in it.
This is why im a bit worried.

You can be mad but it won't do any good. Obviously she doesn't want to be with you. Let go. Move on. and Frankly....stop being friends. It will just cause you to not get over her.

Yes you have a right to be mad! She's trying to get you jealous by asking you about your friend and I'm sure deep down she knows he's not going to do anything with her. But she'e playing games with you and trying to get you jealous. So why don't you ask her for one of her friends numbers and see how she likes it! Don't let her get to you because like you said she's immature! She will get tired of the games when she sees it has no effect on you. Just laugh her off. One day she will come to her senses.

You are a former boyfriend. Though you feel hurt, it is not your business on who she sees, contacts or dates. You are right that you have a choice in not providing info to her - but it sounds a bit obsessive in saying "we dated" as a justification in any action.

You said it, she is too immature. She might want you back, she might want to make you jealous, she might want to get back at you, whatever you do not need High School Drama so stop dealing with this Drama Queen and get on with your life and your future without her. Sounds kinda nutty to me.

She can date who she wants.....
but I'd let her get the number on her own
Yeah he's waaaay to old.
She's gonna get hurt prolly.
And you can tell her that all day long but she's gonna do what she wants.
But be there for her if she does get hurt, cuz hopefully she will have learned her lesson.
