Just returned from Ireland, where you can get "Extra stout" in bottles even this is better than the UK "Draught" Guinness, whats the story? anyone know why there are so many variaties of Guinness? I loved the hand drawn stuff exceptional pint in every single pub or cafe but as soon as I got home it just aint the same...........puzzled & disappointed

I saw the news where the Gov. confiscated millions of dollars in heroin & cocain. Also, lots of money wrapped in plastic. What do they do with the money?. Do they give it away. keep it or use it for something in charity. If they do. isn't that a double standard? They take the money because it was gotten illegally, but use it themselves? Either way you look @ it, it's dirty money but I suppose they have to do something with it. Just wondering

This is a 1991 Plymouth Voyager we have had battery trouble for about 9 months and every time a new battery is put in the car works for 2 months until we have to take the battery back to get recharged. We had Auto Zone do a diagnostic and was told it was a bad alternator so we replaced that. The car worked beautiful for 4 days. Then we went on vacation for 3 days and came back and the car wouldn't start again. Therefore we took the battery back to Auto Zone and had them recharge it. Afterwards the car started again but, were afraid to drive it so we have just been started it each morning and night. I called a scrap yard to see about scrapping the car and they said something in the van's computer might be draining the battery. Any truth to this? Anyone know what could be draining the battery?

My daughter recieved a check that looks like a government check, She is to cash the check and wire money to someone else. I told her that it did not sound right to me, I sent her to the bank, they told her the check was good, but still i am concerned. I told her to not take any money out of the account until it was completely cleared. This just scares me. Who would trust this kind of money to someone they dont know. I am just concerned that something is not right about this. Has this happened to anyone else?

Now, this is no different than islam or christianity. They both seem to follow blindly. When their is evidence against the existance of their god, and their religion, they say they must have faith, and believe no matter what. No amount of reason or proof can show them otherwise, no matter how sensible it is. People will pour their money and lives into a religion.

I found out my partner played around behind my back 6 months ago. Well since then we've started seeing each other again & he states he is truley sorry & wants us to be together again. Well i'm wanting to leave my options open & not commit to anything just yet because i'm not sure what i want. I'm chatting to other guys on the internet but haven't had any other contact with men. It seems like veggies are always cutting one another down and making sideways comments. Why is this? Why do they not show love for one another and create a better example. Honestly, after dealing with all the hatred in the V&V section, I am surprised anyone wants to become a veggie. I think we need to work on being more positive.
