Lots of suggestions,.....

You both need to try and be less sensitive - not pick up on comments the other has made and 'rise' to them. This is not easy, but it's the most effective way to deal with disagreements in a relationship.

You could also both try and be a little less 'proud'! Learn to let go. So you didn't get the last word - big deal! Life is far too short to argue over petty things. Let him win once in a while - it's not important in the grand scheme of things.

You could try walking away when you feel the situation is getting 'heated'. Even if it's just to another room for 10 minutes to diffuse the situation. Make a cup of tea, go for a short walk. Anything to calm yourself down. Then come back into the room and give your partner a hug.

Next time one of you 'starts' an argument, the other can say 'Ok, well I don't agree, but we can talk about it later. I don't want to fall out with you'. And then CHANGE the subject.

Good luck. Life is too short for this!

just keep quiet and after he becomes cool then tell her that ur right and then he will tell u his problems everyone thinking is different so u may think future but he may think present so if he becomes ang ry listen to him what he wanna say dont interfere in between think of it may be he is wrong then after some time tell her that what is wrong then he will understand u but if he is saying and ur also interfere it may lead to a argument so give some time be quiet so that the arguement may stop tell hin that he is right after some time tell him
keeping quiet is the best process
