Jains are included under the definition of Hindus (section 2) hence they are covered by the provisions of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955. Cruelty is one of the grounds for divorce under section 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act,hence the woman belonging to Jain community can seek divorce on this ground from her husband.

jains have the same rules as oh hindus as jains are hindus. some wrong headed person think they are separate from hindus. hell with those. law does not distinguish them as separate identity

The court rules are same for all. If the girl is not comfortable with her partner she can get divorce and get started with her new life.
