we were insured financing the house to rent it out would be easy once it was completed...so we went broke to complete the house..got the inspections and appraisals and than when ready to finance it...broker couldnt find any lender to funance it.
the more he tried the more the credit score went down...So now we have a house that is brand new..and it is just sitting...we are now waiting for sewer to be put in by city workers..waiting for them for months......we couldnt even rent it...we really want to finance it as a renter home and rent it out and take the money to pay off the cards and pay the land beside where we just built and build to sell,,,and this will set us up and our mothers......we are both self employed which is another down fall when applying for loans.....we also run into not living there....being a problem.....any advise woul;d be appreciated........we have been crushed in more ways than one..

At my age, I'm embarrassed to admit that I can't remember the rules of division (although I've never been good at math). My question is when I'm dividing, how do I know when to add another zero above the dividing bracket? For example, I am converting 104.9 degrees Fahrenheit to Celsius. So to do that, I take 104.9-32=72.9/1.8=40.5C. I know this is the right answer because my book says it is, but the answer I got was 45, because I didn't add another zero above the bracket when I was dividing 72.9 by 1.8 - how do I know when to do this? I know this is elementary, but I can't seem to get it. If someone could explain the rules in easy-to-understand terms, I would appreciate it very much.

I was just turned down for a small personal loan and they said my credit score is 615. I have one credit card (Discover) with not much of a balance on it, always made my payments on time. I have only had it for 1 year, and I'm 21. Someone said not having a long credit history can hurt your score? My Discover limit is $2,000 and I have a $300 balance. I work one job full-time, I make about $450 a week.

I know that there are some people in the world who share the same full names (given name and surname) as real-life celebrities and fictional characters. Whenever I check in the books, magazines, and newspapers, I sometimes wonder how can people share the same names as celebrities and characters by coincidence. Here are some examples:

1.) There are two men who share the same name as the "Beat It" singer: a Michael Jackson who is a beer maker and another MJ who was someone that I looked at on my old yearbook (and no, I never knew him).
2.) A weather forcaster named Jennifer Lopez (correct?).
3.) Some real-life person named Lisa Simpson, who is also a main character on "The Simpsons".
4.) I looked at some newspaper article that mentioned some girl who is named Jessica Simpson, but she's not a famous pop singer just like the real JS.

Can you believe that people like the above four share the same names as celebrities and characters? Can you give me more examples of such people?

my first topic about Jehovah's Witnesses was a success. most of the responses were very opinionated but found to be wrong. Jehovah's Witnesses are loving kind people who yes, to some may annoy people when they come th their door, but always have their bible to share a scripture with someone. no they do not celebrate birhtdays and holidays because there is no scripture in the bible that commands them to do so. everytime someone celebrated birhtdays someone died and i can prove it at Ge. 40:20 Mt 14:6. christmas is not for christians get you r facts straight it was originated from pagans who celebrated the "sun" NOT the "son". and years later it became a tradition being passed on. im not lying anyone can look this up. and Jehovah's Witnesses do not believe in blood transfusions beacuse in the bible it says to abstain from blood at acts 15:20. and no they do not want their children to die! that is so sick for people to say that. last. thank you.

Hey,
Just wondering if there are any other brands available. Hopefully name brands. I have tried a couple of knock-offs and they are just awful. Can't even stand the taste of them. They were the kind from like the dollar store where they have "fake" ones of everything.

I just need to know if anyone knows of any other ones that are the "real" kind. Please tell me the brand and where to get it.

Thank you.
