Would epson salt still work as a laxative if i drank it with gatorade?

cuz i cant bear the taste when its just in water

yes, it will still work. I don't blame you about the taste, it is terrible. I recommend you start using metamucil powder 1tsp. first thing in the morning with the large glass of water and again at bedtime to keep your intestines regulated.
