Yesterday I worked out reallly hard, and now today I feel terrible! I thought working out was suppossed to make you feel better! Anyhow, my muscles are really sore. Do you know of any streches that would releive the pain? And also, do you think the pain would cause tiredness and my stomach to hurt? Thanx a ton!

When a couple who DO NOT have any kids get divorced, do they still keep in touch through the years???? Im in between on this one..I mean it's obvious that once you marry someone that you care for them very deeply, so I guess a card or phone call every so often would be okay you know, just to see how they are doing. But then again you clearly wanted this person out of your life for one reason or another. Im not married or never been divorced. Im just curious.

i am veeery shy, some jokes people make at my school seem to me pretty stupid and yet everybody else seems to laugh. i cant focus on anything because im constantly thinking of how i look, what my posture is etc.. so when some1 asks me something they throw me completly off balance. people make me nerveous. i know im not stupid so why dont i get their jokes... it takes a lot for me to be entertained so i try to smile so people dont think im boring. i know im not boring because i talk to myself... whenever theres a mirror my confidence grows.. i am also very lazy which makes me even more unfocused. HELP i just dont know what to do anymore.. i dont think i care about anything other than myself and my own needs...i know im fun because when nobody is around thats the real time i let my true self out. i wish i was like that aroun other people but im too busy worring about what their opinions of me are and that stops me. please help me out. any suggestions??

I am very much involved within the special education community. One of my friends had a question for me, and I thought I'd present it here for a broader answer. His daughter wanted to ask someone using a wheelchair to dance, but wasn't sure how that works...I've heard of holding hands and just kinda swaying. I've also seen young men who use a wheelchair have the lady sit in his lap...anybody have any other expierences with this? Ideas? Female and male perspectives both appriciated here...

We need a sleeping bag for our son, as he kicks his covers off a lot and then wakes us up to tell us all about it. (Yawn). Ive only been able to find sleeping bags for 10lbs +. Any ideas where I could get a smaller one? (In the uk). Thanks.

The guy i liked i'm trying to really get away from liking (if that makes no sense i'm sorry, i guess i like him so much that i see nothing there so i don't want to get hurt so i'm backing away) anyways at my friends dads bday party he was talking to my friends dad, and i was waiting to pass by them, and just standing there and he looked at me ....i can't really explain how he looked since you all weren't there, but he looked at me like he wanted to talk but didn't, and so i walked away. i'm tired of not knowing what he feels which is why i've given up, but everytime i tell myself NO, i notice something that he does, like those looks...anyway if you have an answer great, if not oh well

I have a very narrow mouth so my wisdom teeth were really packed. I was having one pulled and the dentist kept yanking and yanking. He was pretty rough. All of a sudden I heard him use an expletive, and I really got worried. Seems the tooth cracked from the pressure so a lot was still left in the socket. He worked and worked to get it out. It was painful. I decided not to go back to him again. When I had another wisdom tooth pulled by another dentist, he simply gave a gentle twist with his tool, and presto, the tooth was out without pain.

I'm not saying i don't believe in God, I do believe there is something that created us, life forms, animals, the world itself etc...But, ok what about other universes the scientists are slowly discovering? and other planets, or further more the more our technology advances..the more they see, and find out thing's in out universe, our planet...so then why did God create possibly millions, or even billions, trillions of universes, Planets, solar systems... way beyond what we will ever see or discover. This bring's me back to the question of why did God even create us. because he was bored, and watch some of us perish while others prosper, and God knowing all this would happen, like wars, tribulation, despair, and all different people mixed emotions on different levels...If he is so honest, holy, and all powerful, then why did he create us forcing us to prosper or die and rot in hell...thats not a choice for all the people who are depressed, worry warts, have anxiety attacks, manic's..?

Everything is so expensive, but I live and work here, ( live with family so no point in renting yet) eventually I would like to buy an apartment, there are soo many being built and its getting a bit overwhelming. will prices drop?? like below 200,000??? Even Studios are $200,000. Should I wait? I'm being told to wait til the end of 2008.

My bestfriend "amanda" and I have been bestfriends for about 6 yrs now. me and her are soo close. but she also has this other bestfriend (also my friend, but not bff) name "sasha" who we've known for about 4 yrs now. The three of us claim each other as bestfriends right?.. well when its the three of us hang out i feel like the third wheel. me and "sasha" are "sopposedly close" but we're not. "Amanda" and "sasha" have their own "sayings" and talk about things i have no clue what there're talking about. They call each other's mom's "mommy" and stuff like that. and i feel that i've know her mom longer so why don't me and "amanda have that same closeness as they do? it annoys me when were hanging out because its like iam not there. This has happend sooo many times. Now its to the point where i try to avoid hanging out with "amanda" when she's with "sasha". And I don't wanna say anything because i don't want them to put their attention on me just because i confronted them about.
